We accept returns for non-food, non-consumable products within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
•The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
•A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
•Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or refunds on food items, supplements, or any consumable products.
Return Process

2.Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.
3.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds
•Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified by email.
•Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at you2tec7@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
